The Role

As Event Production Manager, you will lead the production of global event experiences, particularly their portfolio of immersive light trails. Your key responsibilities will include:

1. Supporting the strategic global development of the event programme
2. Managing relationships with global locations
3. Handling individual requirements at each location, such as permits and compliance
4. Sourcing suitable event locations
5. Managing the entire event production process from concept to delivery
6. Collaborating closely with creative, operations, and technical teams
7. Working with regional teams to ensure successful project execution
8. Overseeing project budgets and implementing cost controls
9. Managing onsite installation and event delivery

The Candidate

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in end-to-end project delivery for immersive, theatrical, festival, experiential, or attraction-style events. Knowledge of technical production and build processes is highly desirable, as is experience delivering events across global markets.
