FANTASTIC opportunity for a Senior Event Project Manager to lead a wide range of internal comms conferences and events!

This leading events and production agency delivers a range of live events, creative conferences and campaigns for a variety of big-name brands. From internal events to incentives and awards, they are at the top of the industry when it comes to corporate live events and production. Clients are varied in industry sector and they have an amazing culture that boasts excellent staff retention.

The role

This new role in their London office will lead large-scale projects from start to finish where you will be the client-facing lynchpin, pulling together event logistics, production, creative, and content by working with internal departments as well as external suppliers. From concept to completion, you will take the lead as well as manage often large budgets (to reconciliation) and ensure events are delivered on time and within budget.

About you

We are looking for a strong agency background with experience in leading large-scale internal comms events and conferences. You will have led your own large-scale event projects from start to finish, understand event logistics and production, and have worked in a process-driven way. This role will manage your own projects and have budget responsibility. A driver's license is needed for travel to UK events, and ideally, you should have your own car.
