We have an opportunity for a Senior Event Manager to join our Event Management team for Worldwide Events Group Ltd, the company behind M&I, Private Luxury, TFest and Amour.

The company is firmly established at the forefront of the Meeting & Incentive, Luxury and Romantic Travel sectors with events hosted internationally in Europe, North America and the Middle East.

The Role

We are looking for an experienced and creative Senior Event Manager to lead the planning and delivery of TFest, one of our flagship luxury events, as well as play a key role in the launch of a brand-new product in our leisure event portfolio.

You will own the delivery of unforgettable, high-end experiences that include curated 1:1 meetings, vibrant networking evenings, and bespoke activations, all in inspiring international locations. If you are a strong planner with a flair for creativity, confident leading complex event operations, and excited about shaping something new, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the full lifecycle of international B2B events, ensuring seamless logistics, exceptional delegate experiences, and high production value.
  • Oversee all operational aspects including programme development, accommodation, airport and onsite transfers, networking evenings, networking activities, AV, entertainment, and décor.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal departments and external partners, including event partners, sponsors, suppliers, venues and production companies.
  • Execute creative concepts and brand activations in collaboration with production partners, including exhibition stands, custom installations, and immersive environments.
  • Ensure all event deliverables meet the luxury standard expected by our brand.
  • Liaise regularly with high-profile clients and partners to ensure satisfaction and alignment.
  • Lead and motivate onsite teams, managing schedules and logistics.
  • Maintain and optimise budgets, ensuring strategic cost control across multiple event components.
  • Negotiate and manage contracts with venues and suppliers.
  • Oversee risk assessments and health & safety compliance
  • Analyse post-event performance, identifying opportunities for enhancement and efficiency.

About You

Essential Requirements

  • Extensive experience (5+ years) in international event management, with full ownership of project delivery.
  • Strong understanding of B2B event logistics, especially 1:1 meetings, networking formats, and experiential activations.
  • A proven track record of delivering high-end and creative events.
  • Confident in managing budgets and high-value supplier negotiations.
  • Experience working with production companies on floorplans, builds, and branded environments.
  • Experience leading onsite teams, including freelancers, suppliers, and internal colleagues -even when they are not direct reports
  • Ability to independently conduct international site visits and manage onsite operations.
  • Familiarity with CRM and project tools such as Salesforce and Airtable.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, Teams).
  • Exceptional organisational, communication, and time management skills.
  • Comfortable working under pressure and adapting to changing requirements.

Desirable Skills

  • Background in sponsorship acquisition and/or conference content curation.
  • Experience in developing and implementing internal processes.
  • Flair for curating crative experiences, including entertainment and visual storytelling
