New Covent Garden Market in Chiswick is seeking an experienced Senior Florist to lead our vibrant floral team. You will design bespoke arrangements, mentor junior florists, and ensure every order reflects creativity and high quality.

The role covers stock management, client consultation, and collaboration with suppliers to keep fresh flowers flowing. Your horticultural knowledge will help advise clients on care and seasonal materials while maintaining an organised, welcoming shop.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Florist, ideally two years.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Merchandising skills to create attractive displays that drive sales.
• Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
• Creative flair with practical floral arrangement techniques.

Responsabilités

• Design bespoke floral arrangements for events, weddings, and retail displays.
• Mentor junior florists to ensure quality and consistency.
