A leading UK university is seeking a Senior Evaluation Officer to lead the evaluation of outreach programmes aimed at supporting educational attainment in schools. The role requires a PhD-level education and expertise in project management and educational research. You will produce impactful reports and work within a diverse team committed to excellence and hybrid working options.
Drawing on your expertise in education research, you will play a pivotal role in the analysis, evaluation, and development of effective outreach projects that support the University's Access and Participation Plan. This will include detailed review of existing outreach programmes and support for their further development. You will work in close collaboration with our Outreach teams across both learning design and programme delivery. Your work will focus on ensuring our programmes are pedagogically rigorous and effective and founded on robust evidence and will lead on the development of reports and publications relating to this work.
For grades 8-10 This role meets the criteria for sponsorship under the Skilled Worker visa. The University will meet the cost of the Skilled Worker visa and NHS surcharge for applicants that require a visa.
