ALO is seeking a mid-to-senior level employment lawyer to help build and lead its European employment infrastructure. The role covers drafting and negotiating employment agreements, adapting policies for multiple European jurisdictions, and ensuring compliance with local laws.

The successful candidate will advise on UK/EU employment law, data privacy, restructurings, and cross-border mobility while working with HR and external counsel in a fast-moving environment.

Formación

• Fluent English language skills (written and verbal).
• Law degree from a leading university.
• Qualified as a solicitor in England & Wales (or as a barrister).
• Experience combining top UK/international law firm work with in-house roles.
• Strong knowledge of UK/EU employment law and reforms.

Responsabilidades

• Draft, review, negotiate and manage employment-related agreements for European operations.
• Adapt global templates and policies to local European requirements.
• Collaborate with HR to sign, track and store documents.
• Lead the employment framework across Europe, including handbooks and workplace rules.
• Provide guidance on right-to-work checks and sponsor/licence issues.
• Coordinate with external counsel, payroll, pensions and benefits across countries.
