Job summary

Yougov France SASU, a senior financial accounting role, seeks an autonomous professional to support the European Controller across multiple entities in France, Nordics, Benelux, Italy, and Spain. You will own close processes, reporting quality, and compliance while partnering with Sales, Operations, and external auditors.

The role requires 5–8 years in financial accounting, ACA/CPA preferred, and strong IFRS/European GAAP knowledge; advanced Excel and SAP/NetSuite experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Professional qualification (ACA, CPA, or equivalent) preferred.
• 5-8 years' experience in financial accounting, audit, or controlling.
• Experience across multiple European entities in a multinational environment.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and European GAAP frameworks.
• Proven ability to manage end-to-end financial processes independently.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with SAP or NetSuite.
• Fluent in English (Italian or Spanish a plus).

Responsibilities

• Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes across multiple entities.
• Coordinate day-to-day interactions with Shared Service Centre (AP, AR, intercompany, reconciliations).
• Support forecasting, consolidate regional inputs, and prepare KPI reports for senior stakeholders.
• Coordinate audit fieldwork and liaise with external auditors; manage tax-advisor relationships.
