Job summary

Centrica Energy is seeking a Senior ETRM Developer to design, implement and support trading and risk management solutions built on the OpenLink Endur platform. You will work with Front Office, Middle Office and Technology teams to deliver reliable, scalable systems.

Responsibilities include developing new functionality, integrations, and ensuring production stability across trading workflows. Strong JVS/OpenComponents and Oracle PL/SQL skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Strong experience developing and supporting solutions within the OpenLink Endur platform.
• Hands-on experience with OpenLink development technologies, including JVS and/or OpenComponents (Java).
• Solid database development expertise using Oracle PL/SQL.

What we're looking for: Essential Skills & Experience Strong experience developing and supporting solutions within the OpenLink Endur platform. Hands-on experience with OpenLink development technologies, including JVS and/or OpenComponents (Java). Strong Java development skills and experience working with enterprise application integrations. Solid database development expertise using Oracle PL/SQL. Experience supporting, troubleshooting and maintaining production trading systems. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to investigate and resolve complex technical issues. Experience

working across multiple phases of the SDLC, including analysis, development, testing, deployment and support. Ability to work independently while building effective relationships with technical and business stakeholders.

Desirable Knowledge of DMS, Crystal Reports, REST APIs and Apache Kafka. Understanding of energy trading, risk management, STP and operational processes. Experience within commodities, energy trading or financial services environments.
