Rio Tinto is seeking a Senior Adviser, Triage & Assessment, to lead the intake and assessment of reports across myVoice. You will ensure timely acknowledgement, fair routing, and closure while safeguarding confidentiality and legal privilege.

Reporting to the Manager, Ethics and Compliance Triage & Assessment, you will guide the resolution pathway and escalate urgent matters, supporting a global, cross‑jurisdictional team across time zones.

Formación

• Strong judgement in assessing incomplete, sensitive and high consequence information.
• Excellent interviewing, analytical and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with whistleblowing, speak-up intake, triage, investigations or comparable assessment work.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee intake, assessment, routing and closure of reports in myVoice.
• Coordinate with Legal on privilege and regulatory considerations; ensure data privacy.
• Set quality expectations and provide training to triage teams across time zones.
• Analyse intake trends to improve the myVoice framework and reporting.
