Job summary

Cloudflare, based in London, seeks a compliance professional to help scale its global program. You will support internal investigations, help design and implement policies and controls, and assist with conflict of interest disclosures while ensuring regulatory compliance across the region.

You will contribute to the compliance training and education program and assist with regional communications strategy, partnering with Cloudflare’s Legal team in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Support internal investigations program (case files, interviews, reports).

Responsibilities:

• Support Cloudflare’sinternal investigations program, including management of investigation case files, conducting witness interviews, collecting supporting documentation, and drafting final reports;
• Help design and implementpolicies and controlsto ensure that Cloudflare is protecting its customers and employees, while satisfying our legal obligations;
• Assist with Cloudflare’sconflict of interest disclosure process, including review and approval of potential employee conflicts and gift and entertainment requests;
• Assist with the administration of Cloudflare’scompliance training and education program, including the design of regional compliance training content, target audience identification and effectiveness measurement;
• Assist with execution of a regular integrity andcompliance communications strategy within the region; and
• Project manage a variety of othercross-functional compliance initiatives.
