Job description

ABOUT THE ROLE

  • General management of Estimating Team;
  • Monitor enquiries within the company and speak directly with customers and end users;
  • Prepare quotations incorporating pressing, fabrication, machining, and subcontract work;
  • Work from customer drawings to produce detailed quotations;
  • Produce accurate manufacturing cost estimates from detailed client drawings;
  • Attend in-house project meetings as necessary to ensure the successful and cost-effective handling of enquiries;
  • Be mindful of deadlines, strive to meet them, and keep all involved informed of any delays.

ABOUT YOU

  • Highly literate and numerate, with a strong commercial acumen;
  • Confident in dealing directly with decision makers and customers;
  • Proficient in CRM, CAD software, and other sales tools;
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing requirements;
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of communicating at all levels;
  • Focused on quality, with the ability to emphasize its importance to others;
  • Strong problem-solving skills and innovative thinking abilities.

WORKING HOURS

  • Monday-Thursday 0800-1700
  • Friday 0800-1600
