You will work with Conquest estimating software and MS Office, coordinating packages and tender submissions while ensuring compliance with frameworks and contracts.

Qualifications

• Senior Estimator with residential or social housing experience
• Proven track record in leading tenders for housing associations/local authorities
• Strong MS Office skills and cost-analysis ability

Responsibilities

• Carry out take-offs and prepare bills of quantities
• Prepare and issue trade packages for enquiry
• Compare subcontractor and supplier quotes
• Produce cost reports for tender adjudication highlighting risks and opportunities
• Manage tenders from enquiry through to submission
