Job description

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Estimator to join our team in the Lovells Midlands region, based out of our Quinton office.

Reporting to the Regional Commercial Director, this role will support our continued growth and enable us to compete effectively when bidding within the Social Housing Refurbishment Sector.

The key duties of the role include:

1. Assisting the Regional Commercial Directors and Regional Estimators in preparing accurate cost estimates.
2. Analyzing project drawings and specifications to determine scope of work.
3. Gathering and analyzing data on labor, materials, and equipment costs.
4. Preparing and submitting detailed bid proposals.
5. Collaborating with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure bid accuracy.
6. Participating in negotiations and post-bid analyses.
