Job summary

Bigblue is seeking a Senior Estimator to shape the estimating function on luxury residential refurbishments in London. You will handle high-value projects and own the process from enquiry through tender, with a keen eye for commercial value.

Working closely with clients, designers and subcontractors, you will build accurate costs, review scope and identify opportunities and risks, while helping the business grow and pursue leadership opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in high-end luxury or Super Prime residential estimating.
• Proven ability to price substantial residential refurbishments.
• Comfortable handling projects up to £15m and full estimating lifecycle.
• Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail.
• Confident with clients, subcontractors and design teams.

What you'll be doing:

• Estimating luxury residential refurbishment projects up to £15m
• Taking ownership of the estimating process from initial enquiry through to tender submission
• Pricing complex, high-specification works with a strong eye for detail and commercial value
• Working closely with clients, designers, subcontractors and the wider pre-construction team
• Building accurate costs, reviewing scope and identifying commercial opportunities and risks
• Helping shape the estimating function as the business continues to grow
