Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Estimator within high-end residential or super-prime construction.
• Strong understanding of traditional build, refurbishment, and complex structural works.
• Comfortable working from a W1-based head office.

Responsibilities

• Preparing detailed cost estimates for super-prime residential and high-end commercial projects.
• Producing first-principle cost plans, budgets, and tender returns.
• Working closely with Commercial Directors and the design team during pre-construction.
• Managing subcontractor and supplier pricing.
