You will lead the preparation of estimates for major construction schemes valued from £10m to £100m, coordinating tender documentation, drawings, and sub-contractor quotations.

Qualifications

• Experience pricing major construction projects valued between £10m and £100m.
• Proven ability to manage tender processes from enquiry to submission.
• Strong understanding of cost planning and value engineering.

Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation of accurate estimates for major construction projects.
• Review tender documentation, drawings, and employer's requirements.
• Produce detailed cost plans, bills of quantities, and pricing schedules.
• Manage full tender process from enquiry through submission.
• Obtain and analyse subcontractor and supplier quotations.
• Identify value engineering opportunities and cost-saving solutions.
• Assess commercial and technical risks associated with tenders.
