Think Recruitment is assisting a well-established main contractor in the West Midlands to appoint a Senior Estimator. The role leads the estimating and tendering process for industrial, logistics and commercial projects, with a direct reporting line to the Board and hybrid working.

Qualificações

• Proven experience as a Senior Estimator with an established main contractor.
• Strong track record of tendering industrial, warehouse and distribution projects.
• Excellent commercial awareness and technical estimating knowledge.
• Confident working at senior management and Board level.
• Strong communication, negotiation and leadership skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the estimating and tendering process for major construction projects.
• Prepare competitive and commercially sound tenders, predominantly across the industrial and logistics sectors.
• Work closely with the Board and senior management team on tender strategy and project opportunities.
• Develop relationships with clients, subcontractors and supply chain partners.
• Identify commercial risks and opportunities throughout the pre-construction process.
• Contribute to the continued growth and success of the business.
