Leading Main Contractor in Coventry is seeking a Senior Estimator to deliver accurate project estimates for data centre and steel frame projects. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to capture scope, quantify materials and labour, and produce competitive bids.

The role requires proven estimator experience in commercial/industrial building projects, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work to tight deadlines.

Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with project teams to understand project requirements and specifications.
• Prepare detailed estimates for materials, labour, and other project costs.

• Provide recommendations for cost-saving strategies.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and pricing.
• Work closely with the bid and project management teams.
