Job summary

Damicor Ltd in Harefield, Greater London, is seeking an experienced Senior Estimator to lead tendering in the heavy civils and water infrastructure sectors. You will own complex tenders from review through submission, working with operational, commercial, procurement and planning teams.

The role requires 5-10 years in heavy civils or water estimating, first-principles methodologies, and strong Excel and take-off software experience (Conquest, Causeway, Candy).

Qualifications

• 5-10 years' estimating experience within heavy civils, water or major infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Review tender documents, drawings and client requirements.
• Attend site visits to understand scope and constraints.
• Prepare first-principles estimates for self-delivered works.
• Develop production rates and resource requirements with planning teams.
• Coordinate supplier and subcontractor quotations and pricing.
