Are you a self starting, motivated Senior Estimator from a Construction or Modular background looking to join an internationally-renowned unique manufacturer and service provider in a highly autonomous role, where you will have the authority and scope to take control of estimating, cost and planning based processes and technically diverse commercial construction/ modular projects?

Within this pivotal role, you will have responsibility for the production of competitive tenders, cost plans and cost estimates predominantly across Modular projects. Working closely with the wider Commercial and Pre-Construction teams encompassing business development, bid management, design management, sales lead and other stakeholders within the business to formulate the most economical and robust response to opportunities. Candidates with Construction or Modular Estimating and Process Leadership experience are encouraged to apply.

The Role:

• Responsible for the preparation and presentation of analytical cost estimates Creating and developing new processes and standards across the business
• Ensure all costs are backed up with demonstrable and achievable quotations
• The production of competitive tenders, cost plans and cost estimates
• Monday - Friday, days based

The Person:

• Strong background in Construction or Modular
• Experience within a Senior Technical Estimator role
• Experience with main contractors & two stage procurement/tendering
