Fortiva in Bolton is seeking a Senior Estimator to join its North West Housing Partnerships team. Based at the Bolton office, you will shape cost plans and tender submissions for affordable housing schemes.

You will price new-build and planned maintenance residential tenders, manage subcontractor enquiries, perform take-offs to SMM7/NRM2, and lead value engineering while supporting two-stage and PCSA processes.

Qualifications

• Experience estimating for residential housing projects.
• Ability to take-off quantities to SMM7/NRM2.
• Knowledge of MMC and modern construction methods.

Responsabilités

• Prepare detailed estimates and tender submissions for new-build housing.
• Assess risks, identify opportunities and value engineer bids.
• Manage subcontractor and material enquiries and take-offs.
• Contribute to land appraisals, feasibility and PCSA processes.
• Present pricing basis in internal adjudications and client meetings; guide junior estimators.
