• Review plans and prepare detailed cost estimates.
• Deliver compelling proposals and manage bid submissions.
• Negotiate with Subcontractors for best value.
• Identify risks to mitigate potential challenges.

What We’re Looking For:

• Civil Engineering background(Highways or Rail experience ideal but not essential)

Your Key Responsibilities as a Senior Estimator:

• First Principle Estimating– ensuring accurate, competitive pricing
• Project Analysis– reviewing plans and preparing detailed cost estimates
• Managing Bid Submissions– delivering compelling proposals
• Negotiating with Subcontractors– securing the best value
• Risk Identification– mitigating potential challenges before they arise
