Senior Estimator
Colchester

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Estimator to join a well-established and growing Main Contractor delivering a diverse range of Commercial and Public Sector projects. The company is known for investing in its people, offering strong support and clear pathways for progression into senior management roles across the business.

Are you an experienced Estimator with experience in the Commercial sector? Are you looking to join an established Main Contractor where you can progress your career?

This established yet growing Main Contractor delivers a full design and build service to a diverse client base. Operating across multiple sectors-including healthcare, retail, education, and leisure-their projects typically range in value from 1 million to 10 million. A strong focus on quality has been central to their continued success, recently securing them a place on a Local Authority Framework. With a robust pipeline of work, they are now looking for a Senior Estimator to join their team.

In this role, you'll work as part of an estimating team, managing tenders of varying size and complexity. Responsibilities include pricing, cost estimation and budgeting, and leading tenders to name a few. This is an office-based role in Colchester.

The ideal candidate will be a Senior Estimator with a strong background in Commercial projects and comfortable working full-time from the Colchester office.
