Senior Estimator - Modular Buildings and Off-Site Construction

Due to continued growth, our client has created a brand-new role for a Senior Estimator - Modular Buildings and Off-Site Construction. As they continue to grow at a rapid rate, they are looking for an impressive candidate to join the team. They are offering a long-term opportunity for the right person, with a strong package and good development prospects to work across the UK & Ireland. The role is very flexible so it can either be fully remote, a hybrid role or you be predominantly office based, it is very fluid.

They are looking for applicants with proven Estimating, QS or Technical experience within Modular Buildings, other Forms of Off-Site Construction such as Timber Frame Buildings, Steel Framed Buildings or Bathroom Pods to work across the UK & Ireland.

The business is very well established, has a strong brand and a great reputation selling to clients in Healthcare, Education, Aviation and the MOD so experience of working in those sectors would be beneficial to your application.

As a Senior Estimator, you will work on projects ranging between £5,000,000 and £35,000,000. You will be measured on the quality of the work you do, finishing on time and on budget.

You will possess a proven track record of working in Estimating, working as a QS or working in a Technical vocation in Modular Buildings or other Forms of Off-Site Construction such as Timber Frame Buildings, Steel Framed Buildings or Bathroom Pods to work across the UK & Ireland.

The company require applicants who are ethical and bring a moral approach, are hardworking and have a strong personality. They want someone who is focused, experienced and brings Gravitas. They also need someone who is very solutions focused, diligent and comfortable in front of clients but is also flexible and has the ability to work in a bespoke way and is very self-sufficient.
