Job summary

MTR Partnership is seeking a Senior Estimator to join our pre-construction team in Dronfield for an office-based role.

You will prepare detailed cost estimates and tender submissions, review drawings and tender docs, and secure quotations from subcontractors and suppliers while supporting the bid process across Yorkshire and the Midlands.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as an Estimator or Senior Estimator with a main contractor.
• Experience pricing commercial, healthcare, education or industrial projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods and tendering processes.
• Excellent commercial awareness and attention to detail.
• Proficient with estimating software and Microsoft Office.
• Relevant construction qualification preferred.

We're currently working with a well-established main contractor to recruit a Senior Estimator to join their pre-construction team in an office-based role.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing business delivering commercial, healthcare, education and industrial construction projects across Yorkshire and the Midlands.

You’ll play a key role in securing new work by producing accurate and competitive estimates, working closely with the wider pre-construction and operational teams.

What You’ll Be Doing
