The Role

Reporting to the Estimating Director, you will be responsible for preparing tenders, managing up to three tenders simultaneously. Recognizing logistical issues and buildability, along with identifying value-engineering opportunities, are key aspects of this role. Your duties will include:

1. Assessing tender enquiries and identifying potential supply chain partners
2. Compiling and issuing subcontract and supplier enquiries
3. Evaluating and aligning subcontractor quotations
4. Calculating net tender costs
5. Pricing contract preliminaries
6. Preparing Contractor’s Proposal and Tender Deliverables
7. Ensuring timely submission of tenders
