Job summary

EKIM Consulting Limited requires an experienced RICS qualified surveyor to support management and development of the organisation’s extensive estates portfolio. The role focuses on maximising income, minimising costs, and promoting efficient asset use to meet operational needs.

The contract is 6 months inside IR35, likely starting mid October 2026. This is a hybrid role with 2/3 days on site and regular travel across the south east England estate for a public sector organisation.

Qualifications

• RICS Chartered Surveyor with extensive estates experience.
• Experience in landlord and tenant matters and property acquisitions.
• Strong analytical and value-maximisation mindset for public estate portfolios.

Responsibilities

• Support Head of Estates in reviewing the Estate Strategy for best value.
• Ensure the estates database is up to date with accurate information.
• Identify cost savings and add value through estate optimisation.
