Job summary

ARM International in Poole seeks an experienced property professional to conduct inspections, surveys, valuations and development appraisals. You will review assets, advise on use and financial performance, and manage acquisitions and disposals with legal documentation and professional advisers.

The role requires substantial experience, knowledge of RICS valuation standards, GIS databases, and the ability to manage complex transactions while maintaining auditable records.

Qualifications

• RICS-accredited surveying degree required.
• Membership of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) desirable.
• Substantial experience in property surveying, valuations, inspections and transactions.
• Experience managing property portfolios within a corporate estates environment.
• Strong knowledge of RICS valuation standards and property legislation.
• Knowledge of local property market, property systems and GIS databases.
