Interim Senior Estates Surveyor

Location: North West | Local Authority
Contract length: 3-6 months
Daily Rate: TBC (inside IR35)

A local authority in the North West are seeking an experienced Senior Estates Surveyor to support the effective management of its diverse property portfolio on an interim basis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage operational and commercial property assets, including landlord and tenant matters.
• Lead on lease renewals, rent reviews, acquisitions, and disposals.
• Provide professional advice to internal stakeholders across service areas.
• Support regeneration and development initiatives with sound property expertise.
• Ensure statutory and regulatory compliance, including RICS standards.

MRICS: Preferred

Local Authority Experience: Preferred
