Job description

The Role

Our client, a progressive public sector organisation, seeks an experienced Senior Estates Surveyor for an interim contract. You'll manage a diverse property portfolio including commercial, residential, and development sites, ensuring optimal financial returns.

Location: Uxbridge
Rate: 300 per day (Inside IR35/PAYE)
Duration: 14th July - 12th October 2025
Hours: 36 hours per week (9am-5pm)
Sector: Public Sector

Key Responsibilities

  • Property management across shops, offices, and industrial premises
  • Negotiate rent reviews, leases, licences, and renewals
  • Conduct property valuations and provide expert advice
  • Represent the organisation in legal proceedings and tribunals
  • Handle landlord/tenant matters and dilapidations claims

Essential Requirements

  • RICS qualified with relevant degree
  • Significant property case management experience
  • Strong knowledge of Landlord & Tenant Law
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Experience in public/private sector property management
