Salary: £59,966 to £71,566 per annum, dependent on relevant experience

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Estates Surveyor to join our Estate & Space Management team at The University. In this senior role, you will provide expert property advice across the University's property portfolio, which is one of the largest and most diverse University estates in the UK. You will work as part of a professional Estates surveying team, managing the University's freehold and leasehold interests to support the University's strategic aims. From lease negotiations, property acquisitions & disposals, to overseeing consultants and driving Estates strategy, this is a role that combines operational leadership with high level strategic impact.
