Senior Estates Surveyor

Salary:£41,511 - £42,708 per annum

Location:Hybrid Working, Huyton Municipal, Municipal Buildings, Archway Road, Huyton, Knowsley, L36 9UX

Contract:Permanent

Working Pattern:Full Time

Hours:36 hours per week. Consideration will be given for part time working.

The Assets Service is looking for a Senior Estates Surveyor who will assist in the management of the Council’s land and property. The Council has a diverse property portfolio including land, offices and commercial properties and you would be responsible for carrying out day to day management including lease renewals, rent reviews, valuations and assisting with a wide range of property matters. The role requires RICS Chartered Status, however, would consider applications if you have extensive experience within the property sector, a comprehensive package of training and support is available to assist employees with their career development and progression.
