Qualifications

Essential criteria

• Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Construction Engineering or significant equivalent experience
• Recognised management qualification
• Member of a relevant professional Institute (CIBSE, IEE, IHEEM)

Desirable criteria

• Masters in Electrical, Mechanical, Construction Engineering
• Authorised person qualification

Knowledge and Skills

Essential criteria

• Electrical & Mechanical services
• Extensive knowledge of all highly complex Hospital Technical Memorandums [HTMs]
• Estates contract management

Desirable criteria

• BMS
• CDM

General

Essential criteria

• Demonstrate ability to communicate clearly and effectively orally and in writing
