Job summary

Portsmouth Hospitals University NHS Trust is seeking an Estates Contract & Lifecycle Manager to lead Hard FM contract performance and lifecycle planning at QA estate. You will ensure compliance, governance, and technical direction while guiding a skilled team and coordinating with Project Co and FM providers.

You will join the Estates & Facilities team in a senior role, contributing to safety groups and strategic decisions across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Strong, comprehensive understanding of health building standards and safety regulations.
• Experience leading multi-professional teams in regulated environments.
• Track record delivering contracts and lifecycle projects to deadlines.
• Knowledge of NHS and healthcare compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead Hard FM contract performance and lifecycle planning.
• Ensure compliance assurance and technical governance across QA estate.
• Chair safety groups and provide senior technical advice.
• Guide a multi-disciplinary team and influence senior stakeholders.
• Deliver results under tight deadlines in a regulated healthcare setting.
