Senior Estate Surveyor needed in London

The rate is £400.00 per day

This is a temporary role

Responsibilities

• Advise on properties where there is an opportunity to exploit the underlying value of the asset either through a third party letting, disposal or acquisition, leading to a capital, revenue, or social-value benefit, and ensure the best use of our assets to deliver the borough outcomes.
• Provide strategic property advice across a range of assets, focusing on property and estates management, Landlord & Tenant work and leasing & licensing. Treat assets as a ‘corporate resource’.
