• Must have at least 1 year of estate agency experience.
• Full UK Driving Licence is required.
• Ability to work with others to create a team spirit.
• Strong customer service track record.
• Good telephone manner and IT skills.

Responsabilidades

• Liaising with prospective vendors and buyers and arranging property viewings.
• Negotiating offers and agreeing sales.
• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with vendors and buyers.
• Marketing properties to buyers using various marketing methods.
• Generating new and repeat business; canvassing local area.
