Job summary

The Masterplan Project Manager at Hurlingham Club will deliver estate development and improvement projects across its buildings and grounds portfolio. You will join an established team handling refurbishment, fit-out, conservation, and enhancements to hospitality and sport facilities on a historic London estate.

Applicants should have a proven track record in managing estates projects from inception to completion, including brief development, design development, procurement and contract

Responsibilities

• Deliver estate development and improvement projects across buildings and grounds portfolio.
• Manage refurbishment, fit-out, and conservation on historic and listed buildings.
• Develop and enhance sports facilities and amenities across the estate.
• Oversee brief development, design development, procurement and contract administration for £50k–£5m schemes.
