Job summary

The Hurlingham Club in London is seeking a Masterplan Project Manager to lead estate development and improvement projects across its buildings and grounds.

You will manage briefs, design development, procurement and contract administration for projects ranging from £50k to £5m. Experience with historic, hospitality, leisure or sport facilities is advantageous. Closing date for applications is Sunday 4 October 2026.

Qualifications

• Experience managing estates projects from inception to completion.
• Experience with refurbishment and fit-out projects.
• Experience with conservation projects on historic or listed buildings.
• Experience with development and enhancement of sports facilities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a series of projects across the estate portfolio, including refurbishment and fit-out works.
• Oversee brief development, design development, procurement and contract administration.
• Work on historic, hospitality, leisure and/or sport facilities as needed.
