Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, buyers and mortgage advisers.
• Register and qualify applicants, understanding their property requirements and financial position.
• Arrange and conduct property viewings.
• Negotiate offers and sales agreements, ensuring the best outcome for clients.
• Progress sales through to exchange and completion.
• Generate new business opportunities through prospecting and local market activity.
• Keep clients regularly updated throughout the sales process.
• Maintain accurate records on internal systems and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve individual and office targets.
