At Connells, we're seeking a highly motivated Senior Estate Agent to join our team as a Lister. You will be responsible for listing properties for our fantastic residential sales team in our Cowley branch.

Role Overview

This role involves listing properties and gaining new instructions to market, while maintaining the highest level of customer service. You will build rapport with clients face-to-face or over the phone.

Skills and Experience

• Experience as a Lister, Valuer, Instructions Manager, Valuations Manager, Residential Sales Manager, or a Senior Estate Agent/Sales Negotiator seeking career advancement
• Outstanding customer care and service experience
• Resilient, positive, organized, numerate, and detail-oriented
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Full UK driving licence
