At Connells, we're looking for a highly motivated Senior Estate Agent to join as a Lister and list properties for our residential sales team in Kettering.

In this role, you will be listing and gaining new instructions for properties to market while maintaining the highest level of customer service. You will build rapport with clients and customers face-to-face or over the phone.

Skills and experience required

• Preferably experienced as a Lister, Valuer, Instructions Manager, Valuations Manager, Residential Sales Manager, or Senior Estate Agent seeking career advancement
• Outstanding customer care and service experience
• Resilient, positive, organized, numerate, and detail-oriented
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A Full UK driving licence
