Job summary

Inspired is seeking a Senior ESG Analyst (ESOS focus) to lead and manage ESOS compliance projects for clients and internal teams. The role is home-based with occasional travel to offices and requires coordinating client calls, delivering high-quality outputs, and developing ESG delivery strategies with central teams.

The successful candidate will manage 12+ projects, maintain in-house tools, and produce client-ready reports and MI for senior management.

Qualifications

• Essential: Proven ESOS Phase 3 delivery experience and ability to lead client engagements.
• Essential: Strong data analysis and reporting skills for compliance projects.
• Desirable: Experience with ESOS Phase 1/2 and on-site survey works.

Responsibilities

• Lead ESOS compliance projects for clients and internal teams.
• Manage 12+ projects with cross-functional delivery and QA.
• Coordinate client meetings and communications, including progress updates.
• Develop and implement client ESG compliance strategies for delivery teams.
• Maintain in-house tools and reporting templates and update per feedback.
