About the role.

National Highways have an excellent opportunity for a Senior ERP Functional Analyst to join our team within Digital Services. As a Senior ERP Functional Analyst, you will support, manage and maintain a single application or suite of applications within the National Highways Enterprise Resource Planning system.

You will ensure applications are available within stated Service Level Agreements, are performant and are working to design. The Senior ERP Functional Analyst will also carry out activities in incident, problem, change and configuration management and continual service improvement and identify, develop and deliver projects that enhance existing functionality or deliver new functionality in response to identified National Highways business needs.

Please note this is a hybrid position and can be based from any of our UK offices; however, travel to other offices will be required.

  • Subject Matter Expert for assigned module(s) operating within the Oracle Fusion Cloud service.
  • Manage existing integrations between Fusion and other National Highways applications (APEX, PAAS).
  • Work with Finance and Procurement to bring forward required enhancements to Oracle and develop process improvements.
  • Support the System Administration Team and other Oracle Subject Matter Expert Functional Leads on a wide variety of operational issues.
  • Lead integration testing in preparation for the quarterly cycle of Fusion Cloud and PaaS (Platform as a Service) upgrades.

About you.

  • Fusion functional knowledge across the company's core modules. Desirable
  • Good working knowledge of finance or procurement.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills that relate to ERP Fusion.
  • Knowledge of integration methods with Oracle Fusion Cloud.
  • Knowledge and experience of IT change management best practices and familiarity with ITIL principles.
