A leading insurance provider in the UK seeks a Senior Employee Relations Consultant to manage complex ER issues and shape policy strategies. This hybrid role requires strong ER expertise and a deep understanding of UK employment legislation. The candidate will work closely with various stakeholders and support the development of ER capabilities within the organization. A competitive salary and flexible benefits are on offer.
We’re looking for a Senior Employee Relations (ER) Consultant to play a key role in delivering a high-quality ER and people policy service across Allianz UK’s businesses – including Claims, Personal, Specialty, Commercial, and Shared Services. This is a critical position ensuring complex employee relations matters are managed in line with employment law, internal policies, best practice, and commercial considerations.
You’ll support the Head of Employee Relations in shaping and implementing ER and policy strategy, ensuring it aligns with broader People and Culture objectives. You’ll also act as a senior escalation point for ER Consultants, guiding them through high-risk and complex cases.
This is a hybrid role based in either our Bournemouth, Bristol or Guildford offices, with the expectation to be on-site two days per week.
Salary Information
Pay: Circa £55,000 per year. Pay is based on relevant experience, skills for the role, and location. Salary is only one part of our total reward package.
