We’re looking for a Senior ER & Change Advisor to join our team. Reporting to the ER & Change Lead, you’ll provide expert employee relations case management and change support for Cinch and flexibly across BCA UK. You’ll play a vital part in mitigating risk and ensuring compliance with company policies and employment law, while also maintaining accurate records and delivering insightful data analysis. Your work will support informed decision-making through clear updates and reporting on all ER and change activity across the business.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate employee relations case work for cinch corporate functions (excluding VHS) and flexibly across BCA UK. Providing expert advice and guidance to line managers on employee relations matters ensuring compliance with company policies and employment law, escalating high risk cases to the ER/Change Lead
Maintain accurate reporting of all ER casework across BCA UK including disciplinary, appeal, grievance, flexible working and sickness. Working with HR Advisors across multiple divisions to ensure accuracy
Maintain accurate reporting of change programme activity
Provide weekly/monthly reporting to ER/Change Lead on relevant HR KPIs
Data analysis to identify ER trends impacting BCA UK and seek proactive solutions to mitigate risks
Support the ER/Change Lead in reviewing company policies and procedures to ensure the business is compliant and up to date with the latest employment law requirements
Support the ER/Change Lead in reviewing ER and Change toolkits and update as necessary
Coordinate and gather information for all early conciliation, employment tribunal claims and settlement agreements utilising our legal support team
Support with the implementation of change projects as and when required
Support the ER/Change Lead with continuous improvement activity such as post implementation reviews
Facilitate and coordinate training programmes as required to support colleague development initiatives
Key Skills
CIPD qualified, working towards or willing to work towards
Extensive knowledge of HR principles, practices and employment law
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Proven ability to build strong, effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft 365, Power BI and advanced Excel
Data analysis skills

Experience working in a matrix or complex organisational structure
