Job description

Our client is seeking an experienced and professional Senior Equity Dealing Administrator to join their team.

In this exciting position, you will have the opportunity to lead the Equity market dealing functions of the Company, ensuring that robust recording and control measures are in place to optimise performance.

Collaborating closely with Management, you will prioritise daily workflows and procedures, all while delivering exceptional customer care to each individual client.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Placement of client execution instructions and completion of associated documentation
  2. Trade world markets on a best execution basis
  3. Develop service procedures, policies and standards of service
  4. Daily production of various reports to assist both internal and external clients
  5. To report progress of orders as appropriate and in a timely manner
  6. To work closely with internal and external clients, to ensure the highest standards of client services are always maintained
  7. Ensure adherence to strict internal and regulatory control policies including the accurate collection & completion of all required documentation
  8. Complete Internal training as required
Key Skills & Experience
  1. Previous Market Dealing experience
  2. Relevant qualifications would be desirable
  3. History of high-level Customer Service
  4. Ability to deal with high pressure, fast-moving situations
  5. Understanding of KYC/AML processes
  6. Strong levels of detail and accuracy
  7. Strong communication skills (both written/verbal)
  8. Ability to plan own work and manage to meet deadlines
