Job description

Leading global hedge fund ($50bn+ AUM) is looking for a Healthcare Equity Analyst to join their desks in London. The firm has a culture that is entirely collaborative and committed to attracting and retaining the best industry talent.

This role offers an opportunity to join a prolific portfolio management team and work collaboratively with significant AUM deployed onto strategies within the global mandate. The position involves deep fundamental research to generate trade ideas, with holding periods ranging from days to years. You will work alongside a senior PM with a clear path towards managing risk.

They are also open to making a hire in their UAE office if that is your preference.

As a L/S Equity Analyst, you MUST have:

• 5+ years of relevant industry experience
• Strong experience in deep L/S fundamental equity research
• A deep understanding of the Healthcare sector
• Core Excel or VBA skills
• Strong communication skills for internal team collaboration
• A strong educational background with a degree from a top university
