Job description

An exciting opportunity to join the team at Kingston Equine Vets, Buckhorn Weston, Gillingham, Dorset. This is a permanent position with an immediate start date available.

Daily tasks include general reception duties, such as answering the telephone, booking appointments, organising the diary, marketing, dealing with insurance, ordering medication, preparing laboratory samples, greeting clients, and handling client requests.

Are you the perfect fit?

Our ideal candidate will have attention to detail, good customer service skills, and confident telephone skills. Prior experience with horses or in an equine business is preferred. There is potential to develop the role further in the future, including training as an equine veterinary technician or nurse.

Your shift pattern

We accept applications from both full-time and part-time applicants. Full-time shifts are from 8:30 am to 5 pm; part-time shifts can be discussed.
