We're looking for an experienced Senior Environmental Project Manager to join our Environmental PMO team. This role plays a central part in ensuring our projects are delivered t high standards - on time, on budget, and with lasting impact. You'll work closely with clients, regulators, and internal teams, managing multiple projects and leading teams to deliver work that truly matters.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Lead multi-disciplinary teams and deliver impactful environmental projects on time and on budget
• Manage client relationships as the trusted go-to contact, keeping communication flowing and expectations aligned
• Oversee risk, compliance, and contract obligations while promoting best-in-class project delivery
• Mentor and guide junior project managers, sharing your expertise and lifting up the team
• Drive continuous improvement across our PMO.. your insight matters here
• Collaborate with clients, regulators, and colleagues to create cleaner, safer environments across the UK

What You’ll Bring:

• 5+ years leading complex projects and cross-functional teams (bonus if in the environmental sector)
• Expert at juggling timelines, budgets, and people—without dropping a ball
• Strong communicator and confident decision-maker, even under pressure
• Recognised project management qualifications like PRINCE2, PMP or APM
• Experience with project delivery methodologies and software tools
• Desirable: IEMA membership or NEBOSH Environmental Management Diploma
