Job Description:

We are offering a fantastic opportunity for a Lead Senior Environmental Consultant to join our team. This role involves leading a team, producing and overseeing the production of technically sound deliverables for environmental commissions, and managing a medium-sized technical team, including acting as a people manager when required.

What we need from you:
  • Lead a team to produce technically sound deliverables for environmental projects, ensuring compliance with standards and client requirements.
  • Supervise junior staff and oversee their tasks and actions.
  • Manage project budgets and costs, ensuring commercial success.
  • Liaise with clients and suppliers, attend meetings, and respond to queries.
  • Contribute to bid preparation and work-winning activities.
  • Work on-site when necessary, including out-of-hours work.
  • Take on people management responsibilities as needed.
Qualifications:

Chartered Environmentalist standard or equivalent; strong knowledge of environmental management, design, and specification processes; experience with relevant software; excellent communication skills; understanding of CDM and risk assessment; supervisory and managerial skills.
